Our commitment is to provide exceptional service and unparalleled expertise in floor coverings. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Associate located in Milwaukee, WI. The Design Associate will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their flooring needs, creating design proposals, assisting with product selection, and coordinating the installation process. Daily tasks will include maintaining product knowledge, updating design trends, managing client relationships, and ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards. Qualifications • Strong customer service and sales skills • Knowledge of flooring products and materials • Ability to create design proposals and product selections • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Proficiency in design software and tools • In-home sales experience is preferred • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics • Experience in project management is a plus
