Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Assistant based in Little Rock, AR. The Design Assistant will support the design team by creating and managing design projects, aiding in the preparation of presentations, handling customer service inquiries, and assisting with interior design and layout projects. Responsibilities include using design software such as CAD and graphic design tools, supporting client interactions, and collaborating with team members to meet project goals efficiently. Qualifications • Strong skills in Interior Design and Computer-Aided Design (CAD), with the ability to create and modify designs effectively. • Experience with Graphic Design tools and software for creating visuals and design materials. • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and team members effectively. • Organized and detail-oriented mindset with the capability to multitask and manage priorities. • A degree or coursework in Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with fintech and an interest in financial markets would be advantageous.
