Design Assistant

The Design Assistant provides crucial hands-on support, helping us stay organized and bring our staging designs to life! As the Design Assistant, you'll work directly with our design team, selecting decor, art, pillows, trees, and all the other finishing touches that make our staging projects sing. Our ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and has an eye for design, equally excited to select inventory for a project as to develop innovative storage solutions for our products! Responsibilities: • Receive, unload, and organize decor totes, pillow bags, book bags, art, and other staging inventory. • Shop for decor, accessories, and staging supplies as needed. • Select and pull decor, pillows, art, and accessories from inventory for specific staging projects. • Opportunities to assist with on-site decorating and styling. The Requirements: • Eye for design! • Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate team player. • Experience in decorating, retail, merchandising, events, or related fields a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Physical ability to lift and move decor items, totes, and bags (e.g., up to 30-40 lbs). • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for shopping and potential travel to local properties. • High school diploma Home staging is the marketing vehicle that moves your buyer to act.
