Design Assistant

Company Description DeKay & Tate is a boutique interior design firm based out of West Palm Beach. We are a design duo and expanding quickly with some fabulous projects and clients! Role Description This is a part-time role as a design & personal assistant at DeKay & Tate Interiors, located in West Palm Beach, FL, with flexibility for remote work. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, assisting with design tasks, cataloging samples, office orginization, and assisting the designers with client facing presentations. Qualifications • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Must be familiar with current design trends and language • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities • Creative experince and passion for arts and design • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Able to opperate CAD programs • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
