Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding their individual needs and motivations • Strong initiative and self-direction for generating sales of products and services in the marketplace. • The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate is a critical key to success, as the projects encounter a variety of tasks and are dynamic and changing. Responsibilities include : • Retail sales to primarily residential clients; • Completion of work orders, purchase orders and job costing; • Determining budgets that accomplish overall project goals • Contacting and maintaining relationships with clients, and marketing to prospective customers; • Creating design presentations • Working with clients from the idea / design stage all the way through delivery and installation of products Last updated : 2024-10-27
