Job Overview As a Floor & Decor Designer, you will provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout their design journey. Your role will involve meeting with customers to understand their project needs and requirements, educating them on the necessary steps for a successful project, and creating bespoke design concepts that reflect their personal style, lifestyle, and budget. • Meet with clients to discuss project objectives, identify key design elements, and develop tailored design solutions. • Collaborate with homeowners, interior designers, and builders to provide tile, wood, stone, and accessories advice for both residential and commercial projects. • Design and implement complete, functional, and aesthetically pleasing solutions that meet client expectations. • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, accuracy, and excellent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
