Job OverviewWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and a strong understanding of design principles. This role involves collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments, ensuring that each project meets the client's vision and requirements. Duties Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget for interior design projects. Develop design concepts and present them to clients using sketches, mood boards, and 3D models. Utilize software such as 3ds Max, Bluebeam, Adobe, and Rhinoceros 3D to draft detailed plans and specifications. Select appropriate materials, furnishings, colors, and finishes that align with the overall design vision while considering color theory. Prepare contract documents and oversee the renovation process to ensure adherence to design specifications. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure timely completion. Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary adjustments throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technologies related to interior design. Experience Proven experience in interior design or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in design software such as 3ds Max, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and Rhinoceros 3D is essential. Strong understanding of color theory and lighting sales techniques is a plus. Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail in creating accurate plans and specifications. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
