Custom Homes Interior Design Specialist

Position Overview: CKC Custom Homes, a premier luxury home builder, is seeking a highly skilled Junior Interior Design Assistant who embodies creativity, precision, and professionalism. This role is ideal for a driven individual with at least 2 years of experience in custom home building or an interior design firm. The selected candidate will be responsible for collaborating with senior designers and project managers to develop and execute cohesive design concepts. They will also create detailed CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations independently using Revit and SketchUp. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with senior designers and project managers to develop and execute cohesive design concepts. • Create detailed CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations independently using Revit and SketchUp. • Assist with space planning, material selections, and furnishing layouts in alignment with client goals and CKC Custom Homes' brand aesthetic. • Maintain project timelines and deadlines, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between design and construction teams. • Participate in on-site meetings and walkthroughs to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. • Interact with clients professionally to gather input, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in custom home building or an interior design firm. • Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp without assistance is mandatory. • Strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and high-end materials. • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Alignment with CKC Custom Homes' brand aesthetic and professionalism. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
