Creative Space Specialist

Interior Designer We are seeking a creative and collaborative Interior Designer to develop innovative interior space solutions that meet customer needs. • Responsibilities: • Engage with customers to gather project information and uncover challenges through surveys, interviews, and data collection. • Lead or drive design engagements and workshops. • Assist in specifying furniture layouts and finishes for clients. • Presentation of design concepts to customers. • Conduct product research to provide options for sales evaluation. • Produce and revise design drawings, including furniture block plans, space plans, and finish palettes. • Estimate budgetary design hours and manage project hours. • Collaboration with team members on projects, outcomes, and influence on design approach. • Participation in industry events and networking opportunities. • Effective management of ambiguity and change, utilizing spaces and products creatively. Requirements • Commercial Interior Design Experience (2+ years). • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Interior or Architectural Design. • Design Accreditation (CIDA) or working towards accreditation.
