The selected individual will be responsible for providing primary and ancillary support in plan, design, and furnishing of commercial interior design projects. With high autonomy, this role will involve coordinating projects at various planning stages, ensuring designs are practical, aesthetic, ergonomic, and conducive to their intended purpose. This includes collaborating with the sales team and client to develop a needs assessment, determine the scope of work, and create accurate renderings and specifications. Main Responsibilities: • Product research & selection to provide innovative solutions. • Customer presentations and budget management. • Timely and accurate specification of product solutions. • Thorough review of bid specifications for scope and product requirements. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field. • 4+ years' experience in commercial furniture dealership. • In-depth knowledge of contract furniture and applicable building codes. • Familiarity with AutoCAD and CET Designer. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Haworth product portfolio knowledge is an asset.
