Design Consultant As a Design Consultant, you will engage customers to support their design projects, conduct appointments, and determine product needs. You will partner with leaders to maximize sales goals and expand the design services brand. Key Responsibilities include: • Greet store customers in a helpful manner and support walk-in needs • Schedule appointments and develop clientele through referrals and leads generated within the store • Provide tile, wood, stone, and accessory advice to homeowners and interior designers • Design and sell complete solutions • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with customers and employees The ideal candidate has 1+ years of retail/customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mathematical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. This role requires self-motivation, multitasking ability, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
