The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and providing timely comments on new build, conversion, adaptive re-use, and renovation interior design submittals. They will also assist in technical design services including review of detailed drawing sets, specifications, finishes, and shop drawings for adherence to brand standards. A key aspect of this role is collaborating with cross-functional teams including AD&C Project Management Team Members. The successful candidate must be able to negotiate with franchisees while maintaining brand intent.
