Detailed Space Planning and Presentation Development We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer to collaborate with our team on the creation of initial concepts, detailed space plans, and engaging presentations. Main Responsibilities: • Collaborate with our design team on the development of early concepts and visions • Create detailed space plans, engaging presentations, and technical drawings • Assist in selecting materials and finishes, specifying furniture and lighting • Transform client feedback into clear and detailed documentation • Contribute to delivering high-quality results in both technical and visual aspects • Participate in company-wide initiatives and provide assistance with marketing materials and proposals Requirements: • Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in interior design or architecture (commercial sector preferred) • Proficiency in industry-standard software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture Expected Deliverables: • Research-driven design ideas that can be executed efficiently • High-quality digital presentations that effectively communicate designs • A set of detailed drawings that minimizes rework requirements • Successful project delivery within agreed-upon timeframes Our Culture: We prioritize creativity, collaboration, and design excellence in everything we do.
