Designers have a passion for helping customers bring their vision to life by providing expert guidance and advice on furniture, fabrics and decor. They achieve this through building meaningful relationships with customers, utilizing comprehensive knowledge to guide and advise on room designs or accent pieces. Using digital tools and technology during in-store and in-home consultations, Designers showcase how our products can transform living spaces. • Drive sales and deliver a differentiated experience by engaging customers, and providing elevated design offerings in-store, in-home and virtually. • Create bespoke designs for customers using preferred design tools, including moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, product lists and customer presentations. • Lead design consultations in-person or remotely via email, phone and virtual channels. • Deliver projects efficiently and within set timelines. Designers possess a clear understanding of brand aesthetics and merchandising strategies across various channels: store, e-commerce and catalog. They maintain thorough knowledge of all products, including characteristics, care information and industry trends. Designers meet individual sales, KPI and service goals, productivity standards and engage customers on the sales floor by demonstrating selling skills. Actively listening to customers to identify their needs and communicate company services. Support excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude, ensuring all customers receive gracious, quick and efficient service. Develop lasting relationships with customers through networking and clienteling.
