Creative Home Stager & Interior Design Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces. As an Interior Designer, you will work on various projects ranging from residential to commercial spaces. Duties: - Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget constraints - Create design concepts and presentations for client approval - Develop detailed plans, including layouts, furniture arrangements, color schemes, and decorative accessories - Select materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture for each project - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are implemented correctly - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new design software Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field - Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, 3ds Max, or Sketchup - Knowledge of lighting design principles - Experience with contract negotiations and sales is a plus - Previous experience in remodeling or renovating spaces is preferred This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects and showcase your creativity in designing unique spaces.
