Corporate Workplace Designer (Interiors/Architecture)

JOB : Architect/Interior Designer (5+ years experience) TYPOLOGY : Corporate / Commercial Workplace Design... Join an innovative team and help redefine corporate commercial spaces! You will specialize in designing modern, efficient, and inspiring office buildings and workspaces. Key Responsibilities: • Be part of the team that develops corporate commercial projects from concept to completion (SD-CA). • Produce detailed CDsets using Revit. • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional results. • Ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards. • Contribute to a creative, fast-paced work environment. Requirements: • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design. • 5+ years of professional experience in Architecture or Interior Design • 3+ years of experience in corporate commercial workplace design. • A strong portfolio showcasing involvement in workplace design, including CDsets, rendering, sketching and material/finish selection • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. • Strong design and project management skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Full legal authorization to work in the US WITHOUT sponsorship. • Must be located in New York OR have plans to relocate to New York before the start date.
