Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization; working knowledge of Revit required. Strong understanding of design concepts, finishes, and furniture applications. Superior oral and written communication skills with excellent presentation abilities. Familiarity with building and accessibility codes is a plus. Experience in programming, space planning, and documentation. Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for compelling presentations.
