Corporate Interior Designer

We are seeking a Corporate Interior Designer to join our team of project managers and designers at Enriching Spaces. Responsibilities: • Programming and space planning • Furnishings and finishes selections and specifications • Renderings and project presentations • Installation documentation • Prepare sketches and documentation for client presentation Qualifications: • 4 year Interior Design degree with corporate design practicum • Internship and/or related interior design work experience • Ability to design via Auto CAD furniture systems to meet all architectural specification • Ability to also formulate furniture specifications in CAP 20/20 • Can integrate customer needs with knowledge of interior design and formulates an esthetic plan in line with the intended purpose • Must maintain knowledge of building code, ADA compliance and space planning • Deadline and detail-oriented • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Skills • Familiarity with AutoCAD, CET, Photoshop and rendering software preferred • Additional CAP, 20/20 worksheet, Giza knowledge a plus • Corporate design practicum Open to different types of work schedules and arrangements, but work expected to be performed onsite.
