A company is looking for a Contract External Interior Designer Partner. Key Responsibilities Develop space plans and design schematics for individual homes Specify full FF&E and produce placement documents according to brand standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture (NCIDQ / CID preferred) 5+ years of professional experience in high-end residential or hospitality design Demonstrated portfolio of luxury residential work with strong regional aesthetic sensibility Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite Ability to operate as a registered business entity with professional liability insurance
