About The Job
MHK Architecture is looking for a Concept Designer with exceptional hand-sketching skills to help shape the early vision of our luxury residential projects in our Naples office. If you love creating ideas, exploring form and space, and setting the design tone from day one, this role is for you.
Expectations
• Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Strong hand-sketching and conceptual visualization skills
• 7-10+ years of residential design experience preferred
• Understanding of luxury, coastal, and modern residential styles
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively
• Experience with Revit is a plus
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• Create conceptual designs for high-end custom homes
• Produce compelling hand sketches, design studies, and early plans
• Collaborate with project architects to refine and develop concepts
• Participate in client meetings and design reviews
• Prepare presentation materials that communicate design intent clearly
