Key Responsibilities • Design Leadership: Develop and implement interior design concepts that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations. • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. • Technical Expertise: Produce detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and specifications, adhering to building codes and regulations. • Material Selection: Choose and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that align with the overall design aesthetic and project requirements. • Project Management: Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control.
