Commercial Layout Designer

The day to day will be designing 2D floor layouts for commercial spaces. Interpret design requirements and adapt them to sites of varying dimensions, identifying design needs and exploring viable layout solutions. Create precise layout production drawings with tagging and dimensions. Requirements: • CAD experience designing office spaces, warehouses, restaurants/kitchens or other interior environments. • Proficiency in 2D CAD software is required • Communication skills to work with teammates, other business units, and vendors.
