Job Description
Lead commercial interior projects from preconstruction planning through final completionManage budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor procurement, and contract administrationCollaborate with estimating and design teams during preconstruction to develop accurate scopes, schedules, and cost plansCoordinate and manage union subcontractors and ensure compliance with labor agreementsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and inspectorsReview shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and pay applicationsEnsure adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and project documentation requirementsProactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Commercial Interior Project Manager Should Have
Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial interior construction projectsStrong preconstruction experience, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor buyoutDemonstrated experience working with union contractorsSolid understanding of construction documents, building codes, and interior systemsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office tools
