Job Title: Commercial Interior Project Manager Location: Eugene, OR Compensation: $80,000-$140,000 Skills: Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in managing commercial interior projects, with essential experience in metal-stud and drywall. We are looking for a full-time Commercial Interior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial interior projects from start to finish. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of commercial interior projects, from concept to completion. • Work with clients to develop project requirements and budgets. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. • Manage project schedules and budgets. • Resolve project issues and conflicts. • Ensure that projects meet all safety and quality standards. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience managing commercial interior projects. • Strong project management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
