Commercial Interior Designer

Job Description We are seeking a qualified Commercial Interior Designer to join our team at Indotronix International Corp. Main Responsibilities: - Create and execute commercial interior design plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. - Work closely with department heads and management to understand their space requirements and provide solutions to optimize the use of physical resources. - Manage and maintain accurate records of space management databases and CAD drawings. - Collaborate with facilities, IT, and security teams to ensure a cohesive work environment. - Conduct regular space audits and recommend improvements to enhance the overall workplace experience. - Assist in the preparation of capital budgeting for space-related expenditures. Requirements: - A bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - Alternatively, 10+ years of experience in commercial interior design can be considered in lieu of a degree. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial interior design or facilities management. - Proficiency in CAD software and space planning tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of building codes, ADA regulations, and health and safety standards.
