Commercial Interior Designer

Job Overview We are looking for an interior designer who specializes in commercial buildings. We are looking for someone with a passion for design and a natural eye for aesthetics. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep appreciation for design trends, a keen interest in art and culture, and a strong visual sensibility. Duties • Aid in developing design concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations for luxury residential developments. • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and aesthetically captivating interiors and exteriors that align with the company’s high standards. • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative design ideas. • Conduct research on emerging design trends, materials, and technologies, keeping the team on the forefront. • Assist in the production of design mock-ups, sketchbooks, and digital renderings. • Communicate effectively with vendors and external partners to source design elements and materials. • Shop for furniture, decor, and finishes that meet project specifications and align with the design vision. Experience • Proven experience in commercial real estate interior design . • Proficiency in design software such as Revit, Sketchup, and Bluebeam is essential. • Strong understanding of color theory and its application in interior spaces. • Experience in project management • Knowledge of construction processes related to building and remodeling is advantageous. • Strong passion for design, art, and culture • Eye for design with an intuitive sense of color, shape, texture, and spatial awareness. • A natural inclination to stay informed on design trends, luxury aesthetics, and emerging cultural movements.
