The Opportunity – Commercial Interior Designer We are seeking a talented and creative team member for the Commercial Interior Designer position! As a Commercial Interior Designer, you will be expected to plan, design and coordinate the creation and/or renovation of spaces. Our goal is to create spaces that inspire! You will interact and collaborate with a variety of personalities including team members, clients, consultants, tradespeople, and vendors. To be considered for Commercial Interior Designer position, you will be required to meet the following minimum requirements: · Bachelor’s of Science in Interior Design · Lives locally in South Florida - willing to travel to West Palm Beach · 3 years experience working in the Interior Design industry with largely commercial experience · Familiarity with typical architectural practices, processes and systems · Experience in preparing and researching materials, finishes, lighting and furnishings · Estimating costs and creating proposals · Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign and Revit · Ability to clearly communicate design intent through design presentation to our clients · Strong commercial experience in corporate interiors, restaurants, hospitality, club, multi-story residential, mixed-use and automotive · Attention to detail and strong organizational skills An ideal Commercial Interior Designer will also possess the following experience and credentials: · Licensed Interior Designer · Experience working directly with Architects and clients to achieve desired goals · Strong presentation skills · Ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment · Ability to prioritize on a daily / hourly basis In addition to your expertise and experience, we seek to hire those with similar values which include: · Positive Attitude · Coachable · Strong Work Ethic · Detail Oriented · Passionate · Solution-based Mindset As part of our team, you will be expected to: · Remain Innovative and Creative · Complete deadlines on time and on budget while maintaining design excellence · Tactfully resolve opportunities with an appropriate sense of urgency Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) matching Schedule: • Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
