Commercial Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Technician to join our design team for commercial projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CAD software and the ability to create 3D models, drawings, and renderings based on client specifications. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with clients and other designers to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The successful candidate will have experience working with CAD software, including AutoCAD, and will be able to create detailed building plans and schematics. • Create 3D models, drawings, and renderings based on client specifications • Analyze blueprints, sketches, and other design documents to determine design requirements • Use CAD software to create technical drawings and plans • Maintain and update existing design files • Collaborate with clients and other designers to ensure accuracy and efficiency
