Commercial Design Specialist

As an Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative and effective design solutions for our clients. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design and 4+ years of commercial furniture dealership experience. They will also possess in-depth knowledge of contract or commercial furniture, including workstations, walls, seating, and freestanding products. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects at varying stages of planning and implementation, working with a high degree of autonomy to ensure the creation of practical, aesthetic, ergonomic, and conducive designs. • Key Responsibilities: • Product research & selection • Customer presentations and budget management • Accurate specification of product solutions • Review of bid specifications for scope and product requirements Success Factors include impactful negotiation and collaboration skills, ability to plan and complete work effectively, decisiveness and accountability, results orientation, adaptability to shifting priorities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
