About this role

Summary The Information Technology Systems Analyst (ITSA) is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery, integrity, and performance of our Information Technology Systems (ITS) for both internal and external customers. The ITSA will manage a variety of systems, software and application projects with a focus on SaaS life cycle management, continuous improvements, and overseeing deployments, migrations, and the decommissioning of systems or software. The ITSA will enhancement, support, development and implement Microsoft applications inside Business Central, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and the Power Platform (Pages, Automate, BI Reporting & Virtual Agents). Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and participate in the change management process, ensuring that any system changes are documented, tested, and implemented smoothly • Monitor project metrics for deviations in schedule, scope, costs, and quality • Coordinates with managers and users to identify systems problems; assesses severity of the issues and prioritizes responses as appropriate. • Performs system tests and collaborates with the IT team to resolve issues and errors • Uses structured and cost analysis to identify and recommend updates to the current network and computer systems • Works with users to identify system requirements; develops processing procedures and systems modifications to meet these specifications • Identify and mitigate project/program risks • Collaborate with the IT Team, customers, and external vendors to enhance project management processes and address software issues through effective troubleshooting • Develop, maintain and enhance assigned workflow builds, optimizing user performance across ITS platforms • Manage the external Coakley Connect customer Help Desk • Manage user permissions and roles across various systems, ensuring secure and appropriate access controls • Onboard, train, and support internal and external customers in IT systems, software, and applications • Partner with the Coakley Team to ensure clear communication and foster ongoing dialogue with internal teams and customers, building trust in our services • Align plans to meet customer expectations and advance the business objectives of Coakley Brothers and Brothers Interiors • Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned within the scope of your basic job requirements Additional Responsibilities • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to existing systems or processes • Execute specific projects as directed as needed • Foster cross functional communications on all levels Education and Experience • BA degree required in Information Technology Systems (IT), Computer Science, or related field required, or comparable work experience • 2+ years of IT related experience required • Microsoft and software certifications strongly preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry • Proficient in Microsoft office suite and/or related software. Ex: VISIO, Visual Studio Code, Azure, etc. • Basic Information Technology infrastructure knowledge, structured query language (SQL) understanding, data integration • Ability to quickly learn systems and software used by the organization • Basic knowledge in system security compliance. • Ability to understand and apply organizational security policies and industry best practices, including regular audits and updates • Proficiency in understanding and supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, including the ability to analyze CRM data, optimize workflows, and integrate CRM solutions with other business systems. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. - Work Environment The employee is regularly office based and may travel to customer sites or meeting locations. The noise level in the work environment at times may be escalated.
