Closet & Home Organization Designer (Sales + Design)

Closet Factory is expanding in the Columbus market, and we’re looking for motivated, design-driven professionals to join our growing team. With more than 40 years as a nationally recognized leader in custom storage and home organization, Closet Factory designs and installs premium custom closets, garages, home offices, pantries, laundry rooms, wall beds, and more. This is a sales-driven design role that combines creativity, relationship-building, and high earning potential. You’ll work directly with homeowners to design custom storage solutions while guiding projects from concept to completion. What We Offer: • High earning potential with uncapped commissions • Average performers earn $40,000 to $80,000+ annually • Top performers exceed $100,000+ annually • Paid training in both sales and design • Pre-qualified leads to supplement your pipeline • Flexible, autonomous schedule • Ongoing support, mentorship, and marketing resources • Access to professional design tools and materials What You’ll Do: • Meet with homeowners, builders, and interior designers to understand project goals and storage needs • Design custom storage solutions that balance functionality and aesthetics • Present designs, refine concepts, and close projects • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and social platforms • Manage your sales pipeline and maintain consistent activity • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a seamless client experience • Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail What Makes You a Great Fit: • Sales-driven with strong communication and relationship-building skills • Passionate about design, organization, and functional living spaces • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently • Experience in sales, design, home improvement, or related industries preferred • Comfortable generating your own opportunities and building a book of business • Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar platforms is a plus • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Why Join Closet Factory?
