Chief Interior Space Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead our team in delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions for clients in various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mixed-Use, Hospitality and/or Senior Living projects and be able to set design direction for junior staff. A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent is required, along with Architectural or Interior Design registration and LEED AP certification. • Lead the design efforts for all stages of a project, including leadership with clients, contractors, and internal teams. • Develop project scope, schedules, job production, quality, and fee management plans. • Consult with manufacturers, research and evaluate materials. • Document architectural drawings and assist in construction administration. The successful candidate will have a varied and flexible aesthetic that meets diverse client needs and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign programs.
