Chief Building Designer

Role Description: As a professional in the field of architecture, you will be responsible for evaluating and applying standard architectural techniques and procedures. This will involve using your judgment to make minor adaptations and modifications as needed. Additionally, you will perform assignments with specific objectives that require investigation of a limited set of variables. You will also follow instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutions. Key aspects of this role include taking responsibility for phases of individual revenue-producing projects and performing other duties as needed. Essential skills for success in this position include strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
