Interior Design Consultant We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Design Consultant to join our team. As an Interior Design Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting our In-Home Design program and creating customized portfolio presentations tailored to the client's requirements and preferences. You will achieve annual operating benchmarks and personal objectives while fostering a positive work environment. Job Description: • Promote the In-Home Design program and create design solutions that meet or exceed store and individual design sales goals. • Schedule and conduct in-home consultations to understand clients' unique needs, preferences, and vision for their space. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 2-3 years of experience in sales or interior design with a residential emphasis. • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and computer-aided design programs. Benefits: • Total Compensation Range: $26,000 - $90,000 • Post-Training Base Pay: $35,000 per year • Commission & Bonus: Earn more with UNCAPPED commission on written sales – 3.5% on La-Z-Boy Design Sales and 2% on other sales, other than La-Z-Boy Design Sales. • Valid Driver's License • Able to work the schedule and hours dictated by business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
