CAD Drafter – Interior Design

CAD Drafter – Interior Design Envision is seeking a CAD Drafter with experience with facility space planning / interior design / constructions drawings for our long-term role in Glendale, AZ. LOCAL CANDIDATES IN THE PHOENIX, AZ AREA REQUIRED NO C2C OR THIRD PARTIES ALLOWED Role / Responsibilities Operates computer-aided drafting (CAD) equipment to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms, and records; evaluates current drawings for accuracy; updates drawings as required; designs layouts and creates construction drawings for facility renovations; organizes and/or maintains records and logs according to established procedures; provides coordination of administrative details for projects or programs. • Works with clients to create drawings for events, furnishings layouts and facility renovation projects. • Creates presentations for facility project management teams; sends facility files to contractors and consultants to assist with work designed by others other duties as assigned by supervisor. • 3 - 5 years of experience as a CAD specialist • Associate’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in engineering, architecture, computer-aided drafting, or directly related field and one year of drafting experience. • Other helpful skills: Working with ADA specifications. Interior Design would be helpful
