Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CABINETVISION Drafter / Engineer / Cabinetry to join our innovative design team. Responsibilities • Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for cabinetry, furniture, and interior systems using software such as CABINETVISION, AutoCAD. • Create accurate schematics and system designs that align with project specifications and client requirements. • Utilize SketchUp, and SolidWorks to generate conceptual models and prototypes for review. • Prepare construction documents, shop drawings, and fabrication schematics ensuring clarity and precision for manufacturing teams. • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to refine design concepts and troubleshoot technical challenges. • Conduct system design analysis focusing on mechanical functionality, material selection, and structural integrity. • Assist in graphic design tasks related to presentation boards or client proposals, incorporating visual storytelling techniques such as 2D animation or graphic layouts. Requirements • Proven experience with CAD software including CABINETVISION, AutoCAD, SolidWorks. • Strong understanding of drafting standards, schematic development, and construction documentation processes. • Knowledge of cabinetry systems, interior design principles, mechanical design concepts, and system integration. • Familiarity with graphic design tools and techniques for creating compelling visual presentations. • Ability to interpret architectural plans and translate them into detailed fabrication drawings. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
