We’re now looking for a Cabinet Designer with a strong intuitive design sense. The kind of person who can walk into a space (or look at a plan) and envision how to make it function beautifully and look incredible. Someone who understands cabinetry, but also has that interior-design instinct that sets great spaces apart. About the Role • Create kitchen, bath, and built-in designs using 2020 & Mozaik software. • Translate house plans and field measurements into buildable layouts. • Collaborate with our Project Manager to finalize designs, specs, appliance openings, and materials. • Prepare complete design decks ready for customer review and production. • Maintain organized files, stay ahead on timelines, and manage your design flow proactively. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of professional cabinet design experience (kitchen & bath, built-ins, architectural millwork, etc.). • Understanding of cabinetry construction, sizing, appliance clearances, and space planning. • A natural eye for design—proportion, balance, color, and “wow factor” details. • Confident using cabinet design software; able to learn quickly. • Organized, reliable, and thorough with measurements and revision control. • Tech-comfortable and quick to adapt to new workflows. • Growth-oriented, team-minded, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work.
