Cabinet Designer

Citrus Hills Construction is seeking a talented and experienced Cabinet Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong customer service skills, and expertise in using design software such as 20/20 and familiarity with MasterBrand products. The Cabinet Designer will be responsible for meeting with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and creating custom cabinet designs that meet their specifications. Responsibilities: Meet with clients to discuss their cabinet design requirements, preferences, and budget.Provide expert advice and recommendations on cabinet styles, materials, and finishes.Create detailed cabinet designs using 20/20 design software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client specifications.Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating any requested changes or modifications.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and installation teams, to ensure seamless project execution.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and best practices in cabinet design.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, design specifications, and project details.Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in cabinet design, preferably in a customer-facing role.Proficiency in 20/20 design software and experience with MasterBrand products is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of cabinetry materials, hardware, and construction techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.A degree or certification in interior design, architecture, or a related field is a plus.Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceApplication Question(s): Do you have experience with 20/20 design software and MasterBrand products?Experience: cabinet design with customers: 5 years (Required)License/Certification: certificate in interior design, architecture (Required)Ability to Relocate: Hernando, FL 34442: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
