You won't be stuck at your desk all day - but we are looking for someone who can focus in and get things done, figure things out and help us move the needle forward. If you enjoy and feel most at home in an environment where you can make order out of chaos and operate as a reliable, accurate and helpful team member - this job will be a great fit! • Experience in design or a construction related field in past work experience highly recommended! • Detail oriented with a capacity for numbers, spreadsheets and keeping organized • Comfortable transitioning from desk work to physical work, warehouse check ins and installs • Socially steady and positive attitude who likes to work with people, interact with customers and vendors and have a capacity for developing good interrelationships on a team - we are looking for someone who is calm even when there's chaos • Well spoken and able to navigate tricky customer calls, vendor logistics and prioritizing the needs of the firm when obstacles arise • Pragmatic and able to analyze and understand priorities that are ever shifting, being able to adjust tasks without loss of accuracy • If you notice inconsistencies, are very observant of details - this position will be one where you thrive. • Savvy to the current Ai landscape and aware of how to think critically without having to lean on a bot to do things for you. • Socially & professionally mature - not someone who needs constant interaction or hand holding. • Personality that is driven to figure things out, learn new and think outside of the box • Ability to learn and understand systems and their value, follow protocol and use sound judgement, manage checklists and pending lists are all key skills for success here. • Ownership mentality with a desire to cultivate a strong professional course This is a precision position with lots of opportunity to grow but we need applicants to be able to dive in, not get overwhelmed too easily and acknowledge that they will have a lot to learn but approach each day with a great attitude and can-do it personality!
