Brand Experience Assistant

We’re hiring a Brand Experience Assistant — an entry–mid level creative team member who will support both Salt & Creek and JLID through in-store client interaction, styling, merchandising, social media, Shopify updates, and content creation. This is a highly creative, hands-on role for someone who loves interiors and brand storytelling. What You’ll Do You’ll support two beautiful brands, gain experience in interiors, styling, content creation, and retail, and play a meaningful role in the company's visual and digital identity. Salt & Creek (Boutique) • Welcome and assist customers, providing warm, elevated client service • Work weekend markets as they come up. • Support visual merchandising: style displays, refresh vignettes, and maintain brand presentation • Help update Shopify product listings, photos, and descriptions • Assist with email campaigns and boutique marketing • Capture and post social media content, Stories, and Reels • Support boutique events, pop-ups, and seasonal product drops • Assist with the Design Concierge styling service: pulling accessories, preparing styling kits, and light in-home styling Jennifer Lynn Interior Design (JLID) • Help capture content at job sites, studio days, and installs • Assist with photoshoot setups and project styling • Help create social media posts, Reels, and behind-the-scenes content • Assist with presentations, mood boards, and design visuals • Organize digital assets, folders, and content calendars Who You Are • Entry–mid-level experience in design, retail, content creation, or visual merchandising • A natural eye for styling, color, and home décor • Confident with Instagram, Canva, and basic content creation (or quick to learn) • Friendly and polished with excellent client communication • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive • Excited to work in a creative environment with lots of variety • Retail Experience • Tech comfortable; a MUST • Shopify • Klaviyo or similar email marketing campaigns • Instagram / Tiktok / Facebook
