Elite Interiors – Oahu, HI Position Type: Part-Time Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses Schedule: Up to 16 hours per week (Friday–Sunday) Position Summary The Brand Ambassador is responsible for representing Elite Interiors within Costco warehouse locations on Oahu. This position serves as the first point of contact for potential customers, providing information about Elite Interiors’ custom window covering products and generating qualified leads for the sales team. The Brand Ambassador ensures a positive customer experience, maintains a professional display presence, and upholds Elite Interiors’ brand standards at all times. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Engage Costco members in a professional and courteous manner to introduce Elite Interiors’ products and services. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of the company’s window covering solutions. Encourage customers to register for follow-up appointments with the sales and design team. Maintain an organized, clean, and brand-appropriate promotional display area. Demonstrate awareness of product offerings and respond to general customer inquiries. Achieve established lead generation goals and performance metrics. Document and relay customer insights, questions, and feedback to management. Attend required training sessions, meetings, and product knowledge updates. Adhere to all company policies, Costco guidelines, and safety protocols. Required Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to engage with the public in a professional and positive manner. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to stand for the duration of assigned shifts (4 hours). Availability to work Thursday through Sunday as scheduled. Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications Interest or prior exposure to interior design, décor, or home improvement industries. Ability to maintain composure in busy warehouse environments. Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet performance standards. Work Environment This role is performed on-site within Costco warehouse locations. The position requires standing for extended periods and interacting continuously with members in a high-traffic retail environment. This role requires the ability and willingness to work at any of the four Costco warehouse locations across Oahu—Kapolei, Waipio, Iwilei, and Hawaii Kai based on scheduling and business needs.
