Bookkeeper/Administrator (Studio Designer + QuickBooks)
AYI & Associates – Monterey, CA | $25–$30/hr | In-Person | Part-Time (12-16 hours)
AYI & Associates, a interior design firm in Monterey, is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper experience in Studio Designer or open to learning and QuickBooks. This role will start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily bookkeeping and project-based accounting
• Record and reconcile deposits, payments, and invoices
• Maintain organized records in Studio Designer and QuickBooks
• Prepare reports and assist with budgets and tax coordination
Qualifications:
• 5+ years bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in Studio Designer & QuickBooks (required)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
This is an in-person position in Monterey, CA, offering $25–$30/hour depending on experience.
