Bookkeeper/Accounting Manager

Bookkeeper/Accounting Manager: Santa Barbara based Architecture and Interior Design Firm, has a part time position available for an experienced Bookkeeper. The Firm specializes in high-end residential design and luxury commercial projects. Ideal candidates will be highly detail oriented and well organized. Accounting Duties would include: • Architectural and Interior Accounting • Accounts Receivable • Accounts Payable • Invoices • Payroll • Sales Tax • Handling Insurances i.e. Health, Liability, and Workers Comp • Human Resource Tasks Applicant requirements for this position are as follows: • Experience in Accounting, architecture and interiors accounting preferred • Experience with Payroll processing and payroll tax payments • Experience with Deltek and Studio Webware preferred • Strong organizational skills • Detail-oriented • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Professional appearance and work ethic • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel Hours: 20 Hours per week Pay: DOE Position start date: December 2nd, 2019
