Role Description
This part-time hybrid role as a Bookkeeper/Design Assistant is based in Fairfield, CT, with some work-from-home flexibility. The position involves managing financial records, assisting with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and payroll, and reconciling accounts. Additionally, you will support design-related tasks including project coordination, client communication, and assisting in the creative development process. The role requires multitasking abilities and attention to detail while collaborating closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in financial record management, invoicing, payroll, and account reconciliation
• Knowledge of project coordination, client communication, and supporting creative processes
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and design tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a hybrid work environment
• Relevant educational background and/or prior experience in bookkeeping or design assistance preferred
