Bath and Kitchen Space Planner

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a kitchen and bath designer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating bespoke designs that meet the unique needs and preferences of each client. Key Responsibilities • Work closely with clients to understand their design aspirations and develop personalized solutions that meet their needs and budget. • Research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends, products, and technologies in kitchen and bath design, applying this knowledge to enhance the client experience. • Conduct site visits and measure spaces to accurately assess requirements and create detailed plans for installations and furniture layout. • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source high-quality materials and products, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications. • Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations to present to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of each design solution. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and completed work, utilizing this information to refine and improve design services. Essential Qualifications • Degree in interior design, architecture, or related field, or relevant work experience in kitchen and bath design. • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget, with attention to detail and commitment to excellence. • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations, with ability to comply with industry standards and best practices.
