About the Role • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. • Meet with customers to discuss their kitchen and bath needs, assessing their requirements and making recommendations to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes. • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with customers. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other external partners to source high-quality products and materials.
