This esteemed architecture and design firm seeks a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join its dynamic team in the heart of a thriving metropolis.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with extensive experience driving complex interior design and architectural projects from conception to completion.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior leadership, designers, and architects to refine the firm's operational procedures and standards.
• Promote marketing and business development initiatives through various channels.
• Coordinate the management of multiple projects simultaneously, encompassing all stages from initiation to completion.
• Create comprehensive project documentation, including scope of work, fee proposals, schedules, and sub-consultant agreements.
• Administer and review client contracts, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.
• Develop and disseminate RFPs/RFQs, while overseeing vendor bidding and selection processes.
• Direct daily project management activities, including regular team meetings, task delegation, and oversight.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, sub-consultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Evaluate and manage design budgets, as well as review cost estimates.
• Perform site visits for project monitoring.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, promoting growth opportunities.
Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading interior design and/or architectural projects.
• Proven track record in managing diverse projects of varying sizes and complexities.
• Substantial experience in all phases of project delivery and design, from concept to construction.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of corporate commercial real estate objectives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, accessibility regulations, and construction documents.
• Proficiency in relevant software (Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365, Project, etc.).
• Experience with Mural and other collaborative platforms would be beneficial.
• Strong understanding of sustainable design practices, including LEED and WELL.
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, hybrid working flexibility, and more.
