AutoCAD/SketchUp Tutor

About the Role: We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate AutoCAD/SketchUp Tutor to provide personalized instruction in architectural and 3D design software. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced designers, architects, or educators who enjoy teaching and have a strong grasp of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and the creation of construction documents and interior elevation drawings. Responsibilities: • Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in AutoCAD and SketchUp • Tailor lessons to the skill level and learning goals of each student (beginner to advanced) • Assist with specific projects, assignments, and professional workflows • Offer guidance on best practices, shortcuts, modeling techniques, and file management • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback • Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment Qualifications: • Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp with a strong portfolio of work • Prior teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience (formal or informal) preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible way • Patience, professionalism, and adaptability to different learning styles Preferred: • Experience with related tools such as LayOut, Revit, or Lumion • Background in architecture, interior design, or a related field • Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings or weekends if needed To Apply: Please send your resume, a brief cover letter, and examples of your design work to the email address provided.
