AutoCAD Drafting Specialist - Hospitality Interior Design

Company Description Dwellings, Inc. is a boutique Design and Procurement firm specializing in Hospitality Design.We are located in the Denver Metro area.Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an AutoCAD Drafting / FF&E Specification Specialist who is experienced in the technical aspects of hospitality interior design. The role is located in Centennial, CO, with the option for some work from home. This Technical Designer will be responsible for creating working construction drawings / details / sections / elevations / floor plans and supporting FF&E specification creation for hospitality interior design projects.Qualifications Strong communication skills Interior Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings skills Experience in Hospitality Interior Design or Architecture (3-5 years minimum) Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroSoft Suite required Knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop beneficial Attention to detail and accuracy are key for this role Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
