Associate Interior Designer

Stephanie Freeman Design is a boutique residential high-end design firm with an architectural focus. We take our work seriously, but we strive for a work hard / play hard culture and don’t take ourselves too seriously. We are taking the Boston Design scene by storm and have several fun projects in the works for 2025. We pride ourselves on having solid processes and systems that will set you up for success, clarity, and (hopefully!) joy in this role. We’re searching for team members that want to do inspired and challenging work, and have fun doing it. We offer 2 weeks paid vacation and 3 paid personal / sick days, as well as paid holidays, including the week between Christmas and New Years. 4 days/wk in studio, 1 day remote. To ensure a mutual fit, we always begin with a 2-week freelance trial period.
